On Friday 15-08-2014 the Youth members from the churches of Veria and Thessaloniki made a day trip to Ksiirolivado Imathias. For many years now the youth memebrs from the church in Veria , at the day of 15th of August make excursion to Ksirolivado.

Many times they even went by the evening of the previous day where overnight in tents making camping.

This year we had the pleasure and honor to come with us and the young men and women from the Church of Thessalonica Ptolemaion 29b. The brothers were amazed by the beauty of the landscape, the tall trees and the green nature and all together pleased and praised God for His greatness.
All together we played many games such as football etc, ate wonderful meals that the sisters prepared and enjoyed the wonderful fresh mountain air. There was also the spiritual time of day, where brothers spoke about their experiences about how God worked in their lives and we sang hymns to the Lord with the accompaniment of two guitars.
We thank God for His love and benefactions as we well know that He will bless us more than we can imagine. This is also something that is written in the Word of God, "But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him” I Corinthians 2, 9.
